Agent Notes

This is an Eleventy project for Bret Lester's personal website.

Project Shape

• Eleventy configuration lives in .eleventy.js.
• Site templates and pages are mostly .njk, .html, and .md files at the repo root and in folders like posts/, _includes/, and _data/.
• Generated output goes to _site/; do not edit generated files there unless the user specifically asks.
• Static assets are passed through by Eleventy, including s.css, s.js, img/, app-content/, podcast/, feedback/, and phonetic/.
• The RSS plugin is configured with @11ty/eleventy-plugin-rss.

Working Notes

• Prefer changing source templates, data, content, or assets rather than generated output.
• Keep the site lightweight and consistent with the existing hand-authored style.
• There are currently no npm scripts in package.json; use Eleventy directly if you need to build or serve the site.
